Terms and Conditions

Welcome to 4ME3D. By making a purchase in our store, you agree to the following terms and conditions, which govern the use of our services and the commercial relationship between 4ME3D y nuestros clientes.

1. Products and Customization

 Pedidos personalizados: All our products are made to order and customized according to the customer's specifications.
Cantidad mínima de pedido: We only accept orders from 10 units or more.
 Errors in the designs: It is the customer's responsibility to verify the order details before completing the purchase.

 Important: Once the manufacturing process has started, no modifications or cancellations are accepted.

2. Prices and Payments

All prices are expressed in euros (€) e incluyen VAT (23%).
Payments are processed through secure platforms.
We will not start production until payment has been confirmed.

3. Shipping and Deliveries

 Tiempo de producción:

  • Orders from 10 to 50 units: 3 - 7 business days.
  • Orders over 50 units: 7 - 14 business days.

 Estimated delivery times:

  • Mainland Portugal: 2 - 5 business days.
  • España Peninsular: 3 - 6 business days.
  • Islas Baleares: 5 - 10 business days.
  • Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: 7 - 15 business days.

 Note: No responsibility is taken for delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

4. Changes, Returns, and Refunds

 No returns accepted, since each product is personalized.
We only make changes in case of:
✔ Defect of manufacture que impida el uso del producto.
✔ Error in the order caused by 4ME3D (wrong model, color, or design).

 Deadline to claim: The customer must contact us within 7 calendar days tras recibir el pedido.
 Refunds: Si an exchange is not possible, a refund may be offered. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Billing and Taxation

We issue invoices with NIF: PT264861353.
Companies in Spain with Valid intracommunity CIF can request invoices without VAT under the regime of inversion of the passive subject (self-assessment).

Note: If the customer does not provide a valid VAT number before purchase, the invoice will be issued with VAT included (23%)text , without the possibility of later modification.

6. Data Protection and Privacy

We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) from the EU.
Customer information is used exclusively to process orders and improve the shopping experience.
We do not share personal data with third parties without consent.

The customer can exercise their rights of access, rectification, or deletion of data by writing to us at 4me3dprint@gmail.com.

7. Dispute Resolution

 Centro Europeo del Consumidor (CEC) for cross-border disputes.
 Authority for Food and Economic Safety (ASAE) Portugal.
 Juntas Arbitrales de Consumo Spain.

 Ley Aplicable: Este contrato se rige por la legislación de Portugal and the European Union regulations on electronic commerce.
