Returns and Exchanges

En 4ME3D, each product is personalized and exclusively manufactured for each customer through high-quality 3D printing. For this reason, our exchange and return policy complies with current regulations and protects both our customers and our company.

Returns

Given that our products are personalized and made to order, no returns acceptedtext , except in the following cases:


Defect of manufacture: If the product has a structural problem that prevents its use.
Error in the order: If the received item is different from the one requested (e.g., incorrect model, color, or design due to our error).

Order number
Product photographs and problem identification
Descripción detallada del incidente

Nuestro equipo evaluará cada caso y, si la reclamación es aprobada, procederemos con el reemplazo del artículo sin coste adicional.


Changes

Dado que cada producto es único y personalizado según las especificaciones del cliente, we do not make changes due to personal preference (example: change of color, design, or quantity after receiving the product).

If the customer wishes to make changes to an order already placed but still it has not been manufactured, you should contact us a maximum period of 24 hours after purchase confirmation. After this time, the order will enter production and it will not be possible to make changes.


Refunds

In approved cases of defective products or manufacturing errors, and when a replacement is not possible, a refund may be issued. partial or full refund according to what applies.

The refund will be made in the mismo método de pago utilizado en la compra, within a period of 7 to 10 business daystras la confirmación de la devolución.
Shipping costs will not be refunded, except in cases where the error is the responsibility of 4ME3D.


Exceptions and Customer Responsibility

 No returns or refunds are accepted in the following cases:

  • Errors in design, color, or size due to incorrect data provided by the customer at the time of order.
  • Natural wear of the product due to use.
  • Damage caused by misuse or incorrect handling.

It is the customer's responsibility to review the details of their order before completing the purchase.
