Política de Reembolsos

En 4ME3D, each product is made to order and customized according to the customer's specifications. Due to the nature of our products, our refund policy follows strict criteria to ensure transparency and security for both the company and the customer.

Cases in which a refund is accepted

Refunds can only be processed in the following cases:

Manufacturing defect: If the product has structural issues that prevent its use.
Error in the order: Si el artículo recibido es diferente al solicitado (modelo, color o diseño incorrecto debido a un error nuestro).
Order not delivered: If the package is lost during transportation and the shipping company confirms the impossibility of delivery.

Important: No refunds are issued in case of delivery delays caused by the shipping company, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.


Plazo para solicitar un reembolso

El cliente deberá notificarnos sobre cualquier problema en un plazo máximo de 7 calendar days desde la recepción del pedido.

Número de pedido
Buyer’s NIF/CIF (for billing and tax control)
Fotographs of the defective product or the detected error
Descripción detallada del problema

Nuestro equipo evaluará cada caso y te informará sobre la solución más adecuada (reemplazo o reembolso parcial/total).


Procedure and deadlines for the refund

Si un reembolso es aprobado:
The amount will be refunded via the mismo método de pago utilizado en la compra.
The return period is 7 to 10 business days tras la confirmación de la solicitud.
Refunds only cover the value of the product; shipping costs are non-refundable saved in cases of error by 4ME3D.


Cases in which a refund is NOT accepted

No refunds will be issued in the following cases:

  • Si el producto fue fabricado correctamente, siguiendo las especificaciones enviadas por el cliente.
  • If the customer changes their mind after receiving the product.
  • If the product has been used, mishandled, or shows damage caused by the customer.
  • Si el retraso en la entrega se debe a causas externas (ejemplo: aduanas, huelgas, problemas logísticos de la empresa de transporte).
  • If the customer enters incorrect shipping address information and the order does not arrive or is returned.

It is the customer's responsibility to carefully review all the details of their order before purchase.
